About Nextsole
Nextsole is a personal sneaker collection tracker. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nextsole.
Features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product develops. We'll give reasonable notice of any changes that affect you.
Your account
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that takes place under it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nextsole. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may only create one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Nextsole for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Submit feedback or content that is abusive, offensive, or misleading
- Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure
Your data
The collection data you add — shoe names, purchase prices, wear history, and notes — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over it.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Sneaker data and prices
Market prices, sneaker descriptions, release dates, and other catalogue data shown in Nextsole are sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. This information is provided for reference only.
Nextsole makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any price or product data. Do not rely solely on Nextsole for financial or purchasing decisions.
Subscriptions and payments
Nextsole offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier, Nextsole Pro, billed monthly or annually. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time — we'll give existing subscribers notice before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service for the payment itself. We do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription— cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep Pro access until then. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the feedback form and we'll look into it.
If a payment fails, we may retry it or suspend Pro access until payment succeeds. We'll notify you by email if this happens.
Service availability
We aim to keep Nextsole available and working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
Nextsole is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, inaccurate price information, or service interruptions.
Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Nextsole develops. The date at the top of this page will reflect the last update. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
